Natural light. Relaxed moments. Authentic portraits.
A good portrait should feel like the person in front of the camera.
My portrait sessions focus on natural expressions, available light and relaxed surroundings rather than elaborate setups or heavily staged poses. Whether you are looking for photographs of yourself, portraits as a couple or simply want to capture a moment in your life, the aim is to create images that feel natural and personal.
Sessions usually take place outdoors or in another suitable location where we can make the most of the surroundings and available light.
The Session
Relaxed, personal and without pressure.
Being in front of a camera doesn't come naturally to everyone — and it doesn't have to.
We'll take our time and keep the session relaxed. I'll guide you when needed, but rather than working through a series of rigid poses, we'll use movement, conversation and the surroundings to create natural moments.
Before the session, we'll talk about what you have in mind, the style of photographs you like and where you would feel comfortable. Together we'll choose a location and time that suit both you and the images we want to create.
You don't need any experience in front of the camera.
What You Receive
Your photographs, carefully selected and individually edited.
After the session, I carefully select the strongest photographs and individually edit each chosen image.
You will receive your finished photographs digitally in high resolution, ready to enjoy, share and print.
If you would like your favourite images in physical form, high-quality prints from A5 to A3+ are also available, with or without a frame.
The exact number of photographs depends on the session. My focus is on delivering a varied and carefully finished collection rather than promising a fixed number of images.
Where & When
Natural surroundings. Beautiful light.
Portrait sessions can take place outdoors or at another suitable location that we choose together.
I am based in the Solothurn region and can also travel to other locations in Switzerland by arrangement.
Whenever possible, I like to work with soft natural light — particularly in the morning or towards the end of the day. The location, season and weather can all become part of the character of the photographs.
Who Is It For?
You don't need a special occasion to have a good portrait.
A session could be for:
Individual portraits
Couples
Personal or lifestyle portraits
Professional but natural-looking portraits
A special occasion or simply a moment worth remembering
I like this little section because it tells visitors what they can actually book you for without turning the page into a price/package list.
Interested? Let's Talk.
Tell me what you have in mind.
Every session starts with a conversation. Tell me a little about yourself, what the photographs are for and the kind of images you would like to create.
We can then discuss ideas, possible locations and find an approach that feels right for you.
